Silence Debuff
It is a debuff applied by the Patamon pet summoned by Phoenixmon_(Raid) and Zhuqiaomon_(Raid) inside the Uprising_Flame_(Instance_Dungeon).
This debuff lasts for 5 minutes and doesn't let you use any Digimon Skills. 
The only way to remove is by killing one Patamon pet. 
- Note: In order to get rid of the debuff, the person who has it gotta kll the pet. The debuff will not disappear if someone else kills the pet for you.
