General
There are three types of food in Digimon Masters Online:
- Food that restores the Tamer's and Digimon's HP (Bread)
- Food that restores the Tamer's and Digimon's DS (Vitamin)
- Food that restores the Tamer's and Digimon's HP and DS(Special)
Consuming bread or vitamins has a 3 second cooldown and may, unlike Disks, not be done during battle.
Special food has a 10 second cooldown but it's possible to consume it while in combat.
You can obtain food by scanning various Digi-Eggs or buying them from vending machines and (usually MudFrigimon) NPCs.
HP restoring food
The following items will restore both the Tamer's as well as the Digimon's HP upon consuming them.
DS restoring food
The following items will restore both the Tamer's as well as the Digimon's DS upon consuming them.
HP and DS restoring food
The following items will restore both the Tamer's as well as the Digimon's HP and DS upon consuming them.
They can usually be obtained by buying them in a Player Shop, dropping them from Monster Card Digimon, buying them in the Cash Shop or getting them from Events. They can be consumed at battle.

Tip
The items "Red Bean Bread" (30 / 330HP) and "Small Vitamin A" (45 / 85DS) have the best Price-Performance Ratio and may be the best choices for healing low-level Tamers/Digimon since they're also very easy to obtain. However, the low amount of HP/DS they restore make them almost impractical to use at higher levels.
