DigiClone is an item bought from the cash shop or rewarded by events that can allow you to reinforce certain Digimon stats:

More Info
When you begin using this option in the game; you can't just upgrade automatically, you'll need Digiclones and Backup Disks for upgrading.
There are also two other types of clones. Reinforced Clones and Mega Reinforced clones.
* Reinforced Clones have the same chance of success as the normal clones listed above but give the maximum value possible when cloning. They also cost less, when using them.
* Mega Reinforced Clones have no failure chances, and, also, give the maximum value possible when cloning with them.

If you want to decrease a certain stat on your Digimon, you're able to use a Reset Capsule from Cash shop, and decrease the level from there. You can decrease the selected stat by 1 level is you use a Reset Capsule. Using a Reset Capsule A will decrease the selected stat to 0.

Backup Disks can be obtained from monster cards, Mega/Giga Boxes and (Super)Crack of Devimon mainly. What these basically do, is save or protect yourself from decreasing from a stage of upgrade because when you fail, you're able to go down a rank. Like going from 7 to 6 for example. You can get these via the Cash shop or raid box drops.
Note for Each Stats
You're able to get Digi-clones from the Digi-core shop or cards.
* Attack
Increase your attack and skill damage.

From 1-3: You use Digiclon[D]. These are worth 1 Digi-core.
* Block
A chance to lower the damage you receive from enemy's normal attack. The higher the value, the more likely your Digimon will block the hit. This stat is useful for enemies who ignore your evasion such as in dungeons and Digimon Arena
From 4-6: You use Digiclon[C]. These are worth 2 Digi-cores.

From 7-9: You use Digiclon[B]. These are worth 3 Digi-cores.
* Critical
Not to confuse with "critical damage", this stat only increase your chance of landing a critical hit. Note that this stat also depends on your level compared to the enemy as well as the attribute advantage/disadvantage, so the percentage shown in the stats is NOT the final value for landing a critical hit. For instance, a virus Digimon with 100% critical stat  are not guaranteed a critical hit against a vaccine enemy of equal or higher level.

From 10-12: You use A rank capsules. These, you're unable to get them from the Digi-core shop, but instead you get them from either higher leveled cards, raid bosses found on File Island (high dmg ranking usually required - Leomon and Monochromon) or from the Daily File Island Waterfront Quest 'Difficult Fight' - which will award you one A rank Capsule each time the quest is completed. Inside the Digimon Maze (Floors B2, B1, F1, F2 & F3), Digimon can drop Digiclon[A].
* Evasion
A chance to avoid your enemy's normal attack completely. Similar to critical, this stat also depends on your level compared to the opponent. Enemies in dungeons and Digimon Arena tend to have high Hit Rate which can bypass your evasion even if it is more than 100%.

Either of those clones can be found in Desert Blessing.
* Health
Increase your max HP.

From 13-15: You use Digiclon[S]. Those  can be bought in Cash Shop or obtained from Digiclone Box dropped in Server Continent Canyon, Server Continent Pyramid or scanned from Datamon Treasure Box.

Using a Reset Capsule A will decrease the selected stat to 0.
