Follow the guideline in the tutorial: Go inside DATS Center through Richard Sampson, then choose an ability to reinforce. Equipped Digiclone (D) (Tutorial)  and usage of Backup Disk (Tutorial)  is optional. Choose a card of Success in order to complete this reinforcement.
